We try to show houses Monday through Friday, noon to 6:00 PM so as not to intrude too early or too late at tenant residences. Call to arrange an appointment; or, if we are out of the office, please leave your name and phone number for us to return your call.

Every weekend in the Fall and Winter, Demming Properties will host "mini open houses". These are quick caravans from one house to another (example: all 5 bedroom houses between 5-6 PM on Sunday, etc.) If you sign up to receive information on showings and provide us with your email address, we will email you information on open houses each weekend. This is a great way for you and members of your group to visit all houses of interest to you within an hour's time on either Saturday or Sunday, September through December.
